As summer starts to end with just a few weeks before school starts,
my dad immediately invited me to go to Aklan and Boracay. At first, I
wouldn't believe that he was serious about going and I've known my dad
for 14 years, he isn't that kind of person that would love to enjoy the
beach on a hot day where the sun is burning. I immediately screamed for
joy, after that I packed my things where in I got stuck in choosing my
outfits. The next day, we began our best road trip along with my two
sisters and my cousins. We met our other two cousins plus my tita in
Aklan where the lived. After a long day in Aklan, we went to this
restaurant where in they sell huge size of burgers. At first I wouldn't
believe that it was in front of eyes, it was waiting for me to eat it
but then I suddenly remembered what my mother always used to do. She
always tries to take a picture of the food before she eats it. And she
would tell me, " Always know your competitor". I immediately realized as
I was growing I'm taking over my mom's business, she would always tell
me to start now while I'm young. After that we stayed for the night at
my tita's place where the view was AMAAAAAZING! As night falls, we
settled in our rooms to sleep. The next day, I woke up, brushed my
teeth, took a bath and changed. I was too exited to go to Boracay that I
felt the butterflies inside my stomach. As we were going to Caticlan,
we passed by the cold spring, that I thought they were just joking. We
arrived at the cold spring, I touched the water and I felt super cold,
it was clear that I can even see my reflection. After that, we went
straight to Caticlan to ride the boat going to Boracay. As I rode the
boat, I didn't let the fear in me take over my body. As we arrived in
Boracay, I immediately shout for joy and said " I am alive!". They all
laughed at me, but I didn't care. We rode the van and went straight to
our hotel which was near to the shore line. After that, we went to some
place where we ate, the tapa was so delicious that I felt I was in
heaven! We went back to our hotel and took a nap, as the sun goes down
my cousin and I went to the beach to enjoy the cool breeze, I
immediately told my cousin " Ind baho ang hangin, pero kung sa Iloilo ka
gne, patay ka kung ma simhutan mo" he just laughed. As the sun's light
was nowhere to be found we went back to our place and we all slept
soundly. The next day, I felt someone touching me, I opened my eyes and
it was my father telling me to wake up and bring my camera, we were
going to go to the beach at 7 in the morning. The bed was still calling
my name, but I had no choice! Going to the beach while my eyes still
wants to close. I actually enjoyed it! Who could have known that sitting
on the white sand together with your family would be that fun? Spending
time with my family was the best! After that we went back to our hotel
to eat breakfast, then waited for how many hours until the sun's rays
wouldn't hurt or wouldn't make our skins color dark. We all took a tour
around Boracay. It was time for us to have dinner, out of all
restaurants in Boracay, we ate at Shawarma! Yes, Shawarma! I got
confused with their choice, but then all stores were already closed and I
was already hungry, we strolled around the beach and went back to our
hotel. As the sun is up, we rode the van that took us to the boat going
back to Aklan. We arrived at Aklan, rode our car going back to Iloilo
and suddenly that long tripped made me realized that it got to my
attention that we were growing up too fast and that we should enjoy the
littlest moments of our lives, it made a huge impact to my life. And
maybe this was the reason why my dad took us to Boracay

She's fun to be with, you'd never run out of stories to tell her. She is always concerned about everybody. Loves to make people laugh especially when you're down. Super huggable! She also has that cheeks that you really want to squeeze. I love my lil :)
